# How to Use Data Sets to prevent data input errors and simplify task assignments

**Steps to recreate:**

- Create 2 Data Sets, 1 for locations and 1 for job matrixes
- Edit your workflow and add two dropdown fields
- [Link those dropdowns](https://www.process.st/help/docs/linked-dropdowns/) with the ‘All data’ saved views from your data sets
- Add multiple [hidden fields](https://www.process.st/help/docs/form-fields/#hidden-field)
- Use [variables from your Data Sets](https://www.process.st/help/docs/variables/#data-set-variables) to populate the default value of those fields
- Set up a [task role assignment](https://www.process.st/help/docs/role-assignments/) using the email address from the job matrix data set
- Run the workflow! Now all that needs to be done is to make a couple of selections in those dropdowns and you’re up and running.
