👀 Preview changes to your Workflows before publishing

preview

When you have hundreds of Workflow runs in flight, it can be hard to know if your edits are going to introduce unexpected changes into your Workflow runs.

But since we’ve added ‘Preview’ into the Workflow editor, you can now test out changes before you hit the Publish button!

You can preview as:

  • :woman:t4: Different individuals in your organization
  • :man:t3: Different user roles (Member, Internal guest)
  • :person_raising_hand:t2: How your clients will see your Workflow runs
  • :handshake: Someone with the Workflow run share link would see your process

You can also test out updates to:

  • :twisted_rightwards_arrows: Conditional Logic rules
  • :+1:t3: Approvals
  • :lock: Task permissions

And the beauty of this feature is that you can keep editing and previewing as often as you need until you’re ready to push those updates live

Note: This feature is available to customers on our Enterprise plan.

I’ve used this with my Enterprise clients and it’s EXTREMELY helpful. Would love to see this for the small business level so we’re not having to publish the template 100 times before it needs to be! This would make updating templates that are already in use much easier.

Yeah, I missed the note at the bottom about it being enterprise only. Unfortunate. This would be so helpful at the non enterprise level too.
