A user recently reached out to our support team looking for an easy way to automate the assignment of internal guests to workflow runs, and secondly, receive an email notification 2 later to follow up on their progress.
This was a bit tricky since internal guests can’t be pre-assigned. However, where there’s a workflow challenge, there’s a Process Street way!
By using Process Street automation in Zapier, they could update the workflow run to assign their internal guests and then utilize the delay feature to postpone the automation by two weeks. After that, an email would be sent to the user, reminding them to check on the workflow run.
