How to copy content easily from one checklist to another? (or merge checklists?)

I split a huge checklist into two. Now I want to put those those back together. How can I easily get content back into a single checklist, without having to copy and paste every individual element, and re-upload dozens of videos?

I haven’t been able to find any support for this over the last few weeks. The support button in my Process Street account doesn’t link (nothing happens when you click) and I can’t get an email response from their support address.

Anyhow, I was able to use ChatGPT to find out that I could use the Embed Widget to bring in content from another workflow. Sadly, this also brings in parts of that interface from that workflow (my account buttons, logo, etc from the top of the page).

It also doesn’t function as normal content in the checklist/workflow. It seems to be the case that they would have to do that whole separate checklist inside a tiny window (not possible to pull open larger — except full screen) and then go into the main checklist.

I’m pretty shocked by this. Honestly, even if I could copy a video address from another checklist and then paste that in it would be workable. But it’s looking like I’ll have to re-upload all my videos — which will take a fair bit of time I didn’t want to spend.

Suffice it to say, when you can easily embed youtube, vimeo, et al based on URL, it’s so odd to not be able to embed a video that’s was already directly uploaded to my Process Street account.

(Note to self: never upload videos directly to Process Street, even through it’s kind of nice (remembers where the viewer left off, etc). It’s just not worth it.

I’d already just re-uploaded all the content. After weeks of searching, I couldn’t wait around forever. Since you’re not answering me here, I’m guessing there’s no simple work around. This is beyond goofy. What kind of system does not allow you to easily copy and paste content from one spot to another within their interface? Why no simple mechanism for merging two checklists together? These are basic database-driven features most systems from the 2000s would have. In terms of features and support, I’m regretting having chosen Process Street over using an LMS for my needs.

You might find the Sync Changes feature helpful, as it allows you to update a duplicate of a workflow and sync those changes back to the original workflow, helping you avoid manual re-uploads in the future. You can learn more about it here.
