Jump back to a specific task

Hello everyone!

Is there ever a moment in your workflow in which you’d like the person filling it out to be able jump back to a specific task to either complete it, correct any errors or add additional information?

This is possible! And I wanted to share a tip that I have for these scenarios. Here’s a video on how to set it up.

Remember to always have the link as {{run.url}}/tasks/taskID, example: {{run.url}}/tasks/qkidw-dCebDAkdz2Eh9KOw and to always hit “Cancel” when it asks if you’d like to add a prefix.
