It’s easier than you think!
Process Street’s Data Sets are awesome for keeping your workflow data in one spot. But they’re not really meant to replace a real database (yet). Here’s what I mean:
Updates take forever. Manually updating Data Sets is a chore, especially with stuff like client lists or product inventories that change all the time.
Validation’s light. No fancy error-proofing means duplicates or wonky data can sneak in simply from human input error.
Query tools? What are those? You get basic filters, but nothing like the deep dives a database can handle.
