Steps to recreate:
- Create 2 Data Sets, 1 for locations and 1 for job matrixes
- Edit your workflow and add two dropdown fields
- Link those dropdowns with the ‘All data’ saved views from your data sets
- Add multiple hidden fields
- Use variables from your Data Sets to populate the default value of those fields
- Set up a task role assignment using the email address from the job matrix data set
- Run the workflow! Now all that needs to be done is to make a couple of selections in those dropdowns and you’re up and running.
